At Hemp Tree House, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. All retail orders are typically processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). However, processing times may vary based on volume, staffing availability, weather, or other factors.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail Express.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to USPS operational performance. Hemp Tree House cannot guarantee delivery times once packages are transferred to USPS custody.
Please note:
Once a shipment has left our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, Hemp Tree House is no longer liable for the status, delivery, or condition of the package.
Address Verification
We use USPS address verification for all shipments.
If your address cannot be verified, you will be contacted by phone or email. Failure to respond within 48 hours of the final attempt will result in your order being either canceled and refunded (without your consent) or shipped to the unverified address without eligibility for refund if lost.
Order Verification
For security purposes, Hemp Tree House reserves the right to request additional information to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of any order. Failure to provide requested verification within 48 hours may result in cancellation and refund of the order at our discretion.
Order Cancellation Policy
In general, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be processed before the fulfillment of your order.
This policy applies to all cancellation reasons, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses.
If a customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost, Hemp Tree House assumes no responsibility for refund, replacement, or credit.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to recover a misdelivered package.
Payment Disputes and Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to dispute charges, initiate chargebacks after shipment, or coerce favorable treatment—including by threatening negative reviews—will be considered fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service.

Shipment Damage and Lost Packages
Hemp Tree House is not liable for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost after delivery.

Hemp Tree House is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other government-imposed charges incurred during or after shipping.
